The Chicken Shack Express is a family owned and operated business. We have been serving the Middle Tennessee area since 2006 and started our mobile food truck in 2016. We are known for our original Smack Ya Mama seasoning, a mild Cajun, not hot, but full of flavor dry-rub. We take pride in serving a fresh product as well as providing great customer service.
